There is probably nothing more satisfying than an early afternoon nap in a climate controlled cabin upon a large cruise ship. The gentle light of a somewhat overcast sky, and the equally soothing sway of the ship upon the sea, is almost reminiscent of being all bundled up and rocked gently as a baby in the arms of a loving mother.
Photographing this serene scene of my beautiful wife through the reflective glass sliding doors of a ship balcony, with an inexpensive point-and-shoot camera, is a whole different matter altogether.
